Spacepack air cushions are available in two grades: topfill (TF) - for holding products firmly in place in the box, and cargofill (CF), a very high strength cushion designed to protect heavier products and for use in long term storage or products being sent by air-freight.
Our Spacepack air cushions are produced on a very reliable engineered packaging machine, which enables air cushion packaging to be created to various sizes and air pressures in order to meet the needs of your product. Suitable for a wide range of applications, including but not exclusive to hi-tech engineered products from the electronics industry, retail and e-fulfilment.
We are able to supply air cushions as a finished product ready for use. Alternatively we can sell or lease air cushion packaging machines, allowing you to produce the finished product on site at the point of use.

Where to use Air Cushions
Spacepack Air Cushions are suitable for a huge range of packaging applications. Typical use would be filling in the gaps between the goods being sent and at the top of a box.
The top quality film grade is suitable as a base, side and top protection where the goods are fairly heavy and where most other grades may not have the strength needed. This top quality grade air cushion will not deflate over a long time span, and is suitable for sending long distance by air freight.
